By using our services, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

1. Service Nature

Arvonex provides digital services including:

  • Hosting and setup services
  • Domain and email setup
  • Related digital work and consultation

Many services involve third-party purchases, setup costs, digital work hours and non-reversible configurations.

2. Domain & Hosting Purchases

Domain registrations, hosting plans, email services, SSL certificates and similar third-party purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated.

This includes:

  • Domain name registration
  • Hosting subscriptions
  • Professional email services
  • SSL certificates
  • Paid plugins, tools or software purchased for a project
  • Third-party service charges
These services are managed through external providers and cannot usually be cancelled or refunded after activation.

3. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before project work begins.

However, once any of the following has started, full refunds may not be possible:

  • Design work
  • Setup work
  • Development time allocation
  • Third-party purchases

Any eligible refund will be reviewed based on work completed, project stage, third-party costs, and time or resources already invested.

4. Digital Services

Because digital services involve time, planning, setup and custom work, completed or partially completed work may not qualify for a full refund.

Arvonex will always aim to communicate clearly and work professionally to resolve project concerns wherever reasonably possible.

5. Customer Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing project details before approval
  • Verifying domain names and content submissions
  • Understanding service requirements before purchase

Once domains, hosting or third-party services are purchased on behalf of a client, those costs may not be recoverable.
